Unpopular Opinion on “Nazis”
Every time I visit social media, I read about how there’s all these Nazis hanging around the place. Like, it’s so prevalent that I’m half expecting Adolf to jump out and lob a copy of Mein Kampf at me while I’m walking to the shops.
If social media is to be believed, Nazis are everywhere.
But here’s the thing, I think that when these tools are claiming that a person is a “Nazi” what they actually mean is “a person that I don’t like.”
Are these people running about the gaff committing atrocities, like murdering millions or innocent Jews? Fuck, have they murdered a single innocent Jew? Probably not.
Are these people you dislike dick heads? Maybe. 🤷♂️ Are they right-wing bellends with an inflated sense of self? Usually.
But they're absofuckinglutely not Nazis. So stop calling them that, because I have news for you; it’s you that sounds like the dick head when you call people that.
